Keeping a watchful eye, father Elias proudly passes the restauranteur gene down to sons, Kael and Matt Sahely. Displaying a true understanding of tradition and hospitality, the brothers serve up excellent coffee with an innovative selection of tasty breakfast and lunch dishes. Simplicity never tasted so good. From baked eggs with Persian fetta to muesli’s, pastries, fresh salads and pastas, Pillar of Salt is sure to please even the fussiest ‘health conscious’ eater!
